Today we played pin the stach on Hitler and I won and got a really crappy prize from jenna and erin..Its a piece of paper that says #1 on it..

They didnt get any of the land that was promised to them that they helped take over.


2. What type(s) of government did this country have in the interwar years(1919-1938)?

They had a communist party and a nationalist party..communist party was led by Mao Zedong. And the nationalist party was led by Chaing Kaischek.


3. How did their leader, that led them throughout WWII, come to power?

After Sun Yat-Sen died Chaing Kaischek took over..Mao Zedong was the first communist leader in China.


4. How did this leader change their country(for the better and worse) prior to WWII?

Kaishcek wanted to defeat the communist party before World War 2.

Kaishcek wanted to defeat the communist party..He only wanted to become allies with them to because he wanted to take down Japan..

Secure as many natural resources and other economic resources as possible..They werent really ready for war because they didnt have enough people prepared for war..They had a resistance strategy of retreat, trade space for time, and try to exhaust Japan and defend their best cities..the 3 all's- kill all, take all,

Allie of U.S. and major part in the pacific war in Japan.

Many people died cuz of disease, starvation, massacres, bombing, and deliberate genocide,7.5 million people died from other causes in China..
