We went over Central America and then we went over the Carribean. We finished our blog discussion. Shannon had why Iraq invaded Kuwait in 1990. They invaded because they thought that Kuwait was taking more than their share of the oil on the border. Barack Obama philosophy on Iraq is that he wants to get our troops out of Iraq. The Democrats were mad because they thought that Iraq was taking attention away from Afghanistan. Obama says that we will be out of Iraq by July 2011. The surge has worked. Then we watched more of Mr. Bruns powerpoint. Republicans are red and Democrats are blue. The Great Lake states usually vote democrat. Iowa is a flip flop state it can go either way. Republicans are conservative. Democrats are liberal. Democrats are for abortion and Republicans are against it.
