1. How did the Treaty of Versailles impact them?

-They got Germany land.


2. What type(s) of government did this country have in the interwar years(1919-1938)?

-They had a federal constituational monarchy(only because of tradition)


3. How did their leader, that led them throughout WWII, come to power?

-MPs split up and curtain became prime minister.


4. How did this leader change their country(for the better and worse) prior to WWII?

-He didnt really change it.


5. What were the goals of the leader?

-To help defend great britian so they would lose.


6. What was the military strategy of this country in the inter-war years(1919-1938)?

-They followed whatever great britian did.


7. What role did they play in WWII?

-They fought for great britian, they provided fighter pilots, US used the islands for bases


8. Who were their allies in WWII?

-Us and Great Britian, they belonged to the Allied Powers !


9. How did WWII impact/effect the country?
-They developed more factories, peacetime grew and they had a better friendship with US.

they had two main governments, Chinese communist party and Chinese nationalist party.

How did this leader change their country(for the better and worse) prior to WWII?

Shek wanted to destroy communist. Tse-Tung wanted a communist China. He gought with the guerilla tactivs. Fought the nationalists as well as Japanese. He killed many people because he felt like he couldnt trust anyone.
