Today we reviewed the Continents and Oceans for the final time before our quiz tomorrow. Then we went over our last three blog discussions. Shannon’s blog was over the Presidents reaction to the Christmas bomber: he pointed out flaws in the air port that it happened to, and concluded that it was just an overreaction. That got us to talking about how they might have scanners that show through peoples clothes in order to protect us. This might cause a problem amongst people who would prefer to have privacy over security.After our blog assessments we talked about health care. Many people today cannot afford to pay for Health Care, or doctor appointments, since Health Care prices have gone up. The Democrats want to up our taxes in order to help pay for everyone’s health care. This is causing a dispute between the two houses and they are not yet able to agree on it.
