Today Cherryl did her blog discussion about rainstorms in Mexico. Rivers were overflowed, creating flooding in people's houses as well as mudslides that killed 29 people. Brittany did her blog on a powerplant in Conneticut that exploded last Sunday. Then we talked about a new project that we will be starting over Democrats and Republicans. My side of the class will be Republican. Every day we will have a debate/discussion and everyone will be required to share their thoughts. We must make sure that we understand all of the issues discussed so that we can take part in the debate and do well on the test that we will eventually take. Mr. Bruns would like to start these discussions on Monday or Tuesday. Then people started to take the test over Afghanistan and the political/economic systems.
