Karl Marx came up with the theory of Communism because he felt that the wealthier class held more power than the common class despite the size comparison. The problem with the theory is either nothing gets done or somebody steps up and takes control, giving orders, which is more like a dictatorship. In reality communism becomes like a dictatorship. China is the most powerful Communist government in the world.
