I started on my power point and it let me review over my section and bring everything together. The Gilded Age was a really corrupt time in the country. There was a lot of bribs and extortion that went on during 1870- 1890 in politics. The political machine, group of people that work to put their canidate into office, brought structure to political parties, yet it ultimately was the downfall of this era. There was bribs and extortion so that the political machines could have money to support their canidate to do anything to get him elected. They would even cast many ballots using fake names to get their canidate in office.-Breann Lehr
