..Early in the morning on September 23 of 2009, Typhoon Ketsana was formed. It was found 535 miles northwest of Palau. The next day the storm got even worse and they renamed it Tropical Depression Ondoy. By September 25, it was still moving along. It was issued a tropical storm. It was named Ketsana and moved over the island of Luzon in the Phillipines. It was moving toward the South China sea later that day and it kept on getting worse. It was upgraded to a Severe Tropicas Storm...While it was moving, it was bringing rain to the Phillipines. They said there will be hours of very heavy rains. 86 people were reported dead. The causes of there death included landslides and other incidents. The water is standing at an outstanding height of 20 feet high in some places... By September 28, 2009, there were 240 deaths from the typhoon. I can't imagine that. It must be awful seeing your family members die because of a typhoon.That is just crazy. Apart from the damage, i think that it would kinda be fun to like swim past your house and ride boats past roofs. Im really sad that people were killed. Thats really awful...
