We debated again today. Today was over -health care -taxes -military spending -death penalty(Republican views)Health Care- Gov't funded health care means that everyone gets the same poor health care. And who funds it? The rich people. The rich buy health care for the poor. Working people buy it for the unemployed. Health care is a privilege, not a right. It should stay privatized.Taxes- Taxes should be lowered. Lower taxes create a good incentive for people to work. They earn more money, therefore they spend more. When people spend more money, businesses produce more. When they produce more, they hire more people. Then those people make money, which they spend, and it's a big circle.Military spending- We need to have money put into the military, because we have the best army. America needs to be protected from wars and terrorists and all that, and that's why we have the military. That way we can also intervene throughout the world and stop all those bad things, like WWII.Death penalty- The death penalty is a punishment that fits the crime. If someone kills someone else, they shouldn't be allowed to live so they can kill some more. They should be put to death.
