Well today in class, we decided that the states and capitals quiz will now be on Thursday as a written test. We decided this considering we still have to discuss our assigned blog and he will be gone on Friday. Mr. Bruns started telling us about a speech that Obama was giong to/gave. It was supposed to be a motivational speech to kids about staying in school. But others are starting to wonder if he is trying to brainwash us so we agree with him on everything. We then discussed our free choice blogs. I did mine on missing girls that could possibly have a chance of being found after the Jaycee Lee Dugard incident. They are still investigating. Other free choice blogs included a football player saving a bus, the history of shoes, flying cars, and if the economy really is getting better. Our class adds a lot of input to these discussions.The assigned blog for this week will be on politcal systems test or something like that. I'm not so sure. We will do a survey in class about how we personally feel about topics being discussed in the US like abortion and gay marriage. We will embed the test thing into our blog and write about our results. I hope it is not too confusing for me. We still have our one free choice blog, 5 discussion blogs and a reflective blog everyday.
