Oaky, so today my stupid computer did not grant me access to the internet and it barley even turned on. I tried another computer but was met with the same results. We covered Germany today with the presentations so I will talk just a little bit about that.
Hitler was appointed the Chancellor of Germany by the President on Germany. The President was more of a figurehead than anything. He was the image of the country and really couldn't do a whole lot. His one big job though, is to appoint a Chancellor who is the guy who really runs the place. Hitler was elected and took up his mantle under the guise of wantiong to help Germany and promote peace and democracy.
One of those is true, Hitler really did want Germany to be strong and to rise up from its humiliation from WW1. The strength of the country, however, would serve his other goals. Just two months after being elected Chancellor, hitler declared himself as dictator of Germany. The rest is history as we all know. That is all for today except that I will say that you have to hand it to the guy, Hitler knew what he was doing and he knew how to lead people.
