What made the !920's roaring...1- people were more interested in buying things and spending more time having fun.2- people gave more into the whole social aspect of it too...women had jobs they were going to high school and college and graduating involved in more sports.3- women wore looser clothing and had short hair....they drank gambled dance,,,,called flappers4-Gambling drinking and jazz became a big part of society and became more acceptable for people to do.5- new utilities made it easier for people to do things around the house and simple everyday chores.6-Advertising also became a huge thing because there was the radio and more creative pictures, they used happy and attractive images to attract buyers to their products.7- cars were made faster cheaper and more of them were made so more people could own a car and at a lower cost.8-movies also became very popular and brought dreams to life.9-african americans steped out more into society and started doing great things-10-Speakeasies were illegal clubs that allowed drinking and gambling11- alcolhol was deemed illegal
