Today in class Mr. Bruns talked about our blog posts that we have to publish at the end of every class.He explained about how we only need about one or two sentences of reflections. This could be any questions you may have or thoughts and opinions. Now Mr. Bruns is talking about the assigned blogs....Assigned BlogsThis a blog that is due once a week. This is the only assignment we have that is always due Sunday night at 11:59 p.m. One goal of my this semester is to get them done earlier than the weekend. It tends to get pretty frustrating when you are ready to go to bed and you realize you haven't finished your assigned blog. :/ Each assigned blog is worth 20 points. Then on Monday we have blog discussions. As we are discussing we are expected to take notes in our daily reflective blogs. Each assigned blog has to have either one video or two pictures. You also have to have two sources for every blog. Paragraph form is supossed to be used with these. Make sure you have them spaced out. Use mechanics also. It should summarize the whole topic.Mr. Bruns also went over how to embed pictures and videos in your blogs. I really didn't pay too much attention because I already know how to do this. :D We also talked about message board post. These are under the forum. Every week you are supposed to have 5 message board posts. These need to relate to History or other current events. We also talked about making your profile your own. I don't have to worry about this because I already did that at the beginning at the semester. :]
