Today we were supposed to take our Canada test, but we hadn't gone over the islands, so our test is postponed until tomorrow. So the first thing we did was go over the Canadian Islands. After that we started watching The People Bomb. The three things we have to find out from this video are..1)define overpopulatioin2)causes of overpopulation3)effects of overpopulationOverpopulation as they define it is not exactly how many people there are but how much impact each person has.Causes of overpopulation are people are not educated about birth control, but basically, the main root of overpopulation is poverty. People in poverty don't know what they can do to not get pregnant, and they don't use contreception because it's so expensive for them and they think their money would be spent better doing somewhere else. This is a huge problem in Ethiopia as many women end up in the hospital after they get an illegal abortion that goes wrong. They are atleast trying to do something though because they brought in an educational class about sex.Effects of overpopulation: Things like getting an illegal abortion and having something go wrong, they die from it. Poverty is another huge effect. There are just too many mouthes to feed and not enough money. These children grow up in poverty, usually stay in poverty and their children
