Today i began to work on the extra credit a little bit on a word document until we began to do presentations. Today Brian, Nelson, and Jimmy will present there presentation on the Spying Game.
The Spying Game is also known as espionage and the purpose of it was to obtain secret information about your enemies. Takeo Yoshikawa was a scout based out of Hawaii that scouted out Pearl Harbor. Takeo was blamed for the attack after the war because if it wasnt for him the attack never would have happened. Morris Cohen was an American who provided information to the soviets. Morris was eventually cought but exchanged for a british spy. Enigma Machine was a machine which sent messages through a network. It started in Germany but was unsecsesful because the Allies could de-code it. Yalta Conferance was held in the Ukraine. Roosevelt, Churchill, and Stalin atteneded and came up with a plan to split up Germany but kept it a secret until the end of the war. Well that about it for notes for today.
