Today we continued with presentations. First, Mr. Bruns had some announcements to make. For the next blog assignment, my topic is JFK's background. Talk about major points in their life from birth to death. Place of birth? College, Degree? Jobs? Pre-president? What are they best known for? What did he get done pre-killing? For the cold war project, my topic is Gorbachev's/Reagan's changing ways-perstroika and glasnost, INF Treaty. For the decades project, Shelbie Brandon and I have the 60's. For this project we should focus on entertainment, movies/tv, music/musicians, fashion, sports, fads and popular culture events that don't fit into the Cold war but will always be remembered (JFK assassination, Watergate, OJ Trial, Monica Lewinsky Scandal, Michael Jackson's death, etc). The video needs to be between five and fifteen minutes. Pictures are clear in video and to typos. Video includes all of the required topics. Video is well edited and flows well. Background music is appropriate and is from the decade and follows copyright law. Last slide(s) has a list of al your picture/info resources. Up to 20 extra credit points for including people interviews.
