Battle of leyte gulf was pretty much the last straw to japans navy. We pretty much wiped them out. Mcarthur finally gets back to the philipines after he vowed that he would return. The first bomb was named trinity. We tolled the public that we were detonating old bomb shells. Both bombs detonated before hitting the ground. The pilots of war didn’t like the guys that dropped the bomb because they were considred royalty and didn’t actually do much. Paul tibbits was the pilot of the plane that dropped the bomb. Everything was just flattoned after the bomb hit. The bomb actually left shadows of people that got disintegrated. Many people got radiation many months after the bomb and died. The second bomb didn’t go so well. .
