We started off by doing the maps and found out that we have to do them oraly because we want to save the paper and the school is making stricter rules on printing so much on paper. Then we moved on to our iraq blogs from two weeks ago. I learned that the purpose of the United Nations is if county A invades country B the united nations will help out country B. I also learned what economic sanctions are and the goal of them are not importing or expoting things to them and the goal of it is to make them want to back down. It's a step before war.We talked about the results of the persian gulf war. We won within several months. Iraq had to put weapons inspecters in their countries to look for nucular weapons and sankshions were put on them. They had no fly zones put in the iraq.
