--China wanted to get land back but it went to Japan. They did not sign the treaty.

--A monarchy to a Republic

--Mao Zudong lead China's Communist Party became leader after war. Chiang Kai-shek led Nationalistic Party of China led through out the war.

--Try and dominate political party in China.

--The were just defenses. They didn't really have any. They were at a civil war the whole time.

--They were first invaded by Japan and they never left their home country. Japan took over some land until America bombed Japan and then China won it.

--Great Britain, France, Soviet Union, USA, Canada, Poland, Australia, these are just a few. They were angry because they never got people from the other countries to come over they just gave china money.

--China went to a communism in 1948. Japan devasted China with air raids, mass murders, rape, and some what of a genocide

--They got a lot of land and money from Germany, but they thought that they should have got more

--The Free French Underground. The Vichy Government. Republic, somewhat democracy

--The government changed every few months. He did everything he could to get france back on their feet.

--They did things to make themselves feel safe and secure. For example they build a barrier. It had machine guns, train systems and hospitals. They figured that Germany wouldn't be able to get through it. When Germany was going to invaded they went around this and up through Belgum. This became completely worthless in France.

--They joined Britain. They signed the Munich Pact.

--They were hit hard economically. They lost alot of people. Their cities were destroyed. They went down a lot of hard as how powerful they were.

--It was aimed at Germany and made then pay for the whole war.

--Newly Democratic

--He came to power legally and was appointed by the president

--He refromed the Nazi Party and it became the second largeest group in Germany.

--He wanted to undo what the Treaty of Versailles did to they and get back the land that was lost. He also wasnted to reunite German speaking people. Create a master race.

--Blitzkrieg which means like all sudden, swift attacks.

--They were not in this treaty. They signed The Treaty of Brest-Litovsk to get them out of WWI.

--Bolsheviks, Constitutional communist started by Lenin

-- Lenin died of a stroke so Stalin took over.

-- He educated people out of jobs and work in camps; plowing and hard labor. Farmers were taken out of fields to go to military

--Keep communism in power. Increase world influence, become a world power.

-- He killed people that would try to take him over. Even the people in his military. He ended up not really having anything until the allied powers got support. He also protected borders.

--Major Role Hilter wanted to go coast to coast and Soviet Union was just huge.
