Today we are still on WW2.
The Soviet Union~The Bolshevik revolution was just that it brought communism into Russia. The Soviet Union was not in the treaty of Versailles. It joined a different treaty called the treaty of Breast-Litovsk. The non aggression pact gave the Soviet Union the Baltic States (Latvia and Lithuania). The Bolsheviks started in 1917. In 1922 Lenin died. He was then replaced by Stalin and the Stalin then lead and kept communism during WW2. Stalin educated people out of jobs and put them into work camps where they did hard labor. Farmers were taken out of their fields and put into work camps. He was hoping to continue communism going. He also used cheaper bullets. His main goal was to continue communism he then became the world power. The military. Stalin killed anybody that could take over him. He didn’t have much of a military. He killed off a lot of the generals. The played a major role in WW2. They wanted to go to coast to coast and convert communism. The U.S. was the biggest allies with the Soviet Union. We provided massive aids. The Soviet Union gained pride. They felt that they had to be better at everything then the U.S.You need to be a member of History 360 to add comments!
