The soviet Union was not involved in the Treaty of Versailles
2. What type(s) of government did this country have in the interwar years(1919-1938)?
They were communist lead by Lenin
3. How did their leader, that led them throughout WWII, come to power?
Lenin didnt have very good heath so Joseph Stalin Replaced him
4. How did this leader change their country(for the better and worse) prior to WWII?
he put farmers in the military and educated people by puting them in labor camps to teach them to work
5. What were the goals of the leader?
To make sure there country was safe from invasions so surrounding countries didnt become communist.
6. What was the military strategy of this country in the inter-war years(1919-1938)?
Stalin killed a lot of people. He killed any one that could possibly overthrow him.
7. What role did they play in WWII?
They played a big role signing a pact with Hitler.
8. Who were their allies in WWII?
They were Axis powers with Germany
9. How did WWII impact/effect the country?
They became confident but over 20 million people were killed
