On this day there was an internet problem wrong with our school so we couldnt log on to our computers, but we did watch the movie. Today the movie was called planet in peril it was over globalwarming.They talked about polarbears and how global warming was effecting them. Jeff corwin was along with a man that studied polar bears for a living. They tracked a momma bear with two cubs and shot them so they would be still so that the men could study them and take measurements and such.It also talked about a sinking island named cater, and how some say it is due to the climate change but some think that it may just be sinking. Most of the area where they grow food is flooded and now is a swamp so it is getting very hard for them to survive. The goverment only brings in food twice a year and that is NOT ENOUGH. When that food runs out they survive off of cocanuts. Some are moving away because they dont want to die becasue the island is sinking but where they are moving to has lots a crime and it not a good area so the rest stay to protect themselves.
