Got our computers and then went over the US map. We struggled a little bit in one area but other wise we all did good. Then we went over the leaderboards and how Mr. Bruns is going to changing it to weekly and giving out extra credit for it soon.
Then we talked about peoples summer blogs..
We talked about Apple and how they bring out something very quickly, a grizzly bear, a cemetary with bodies and things not where they are supposed to be, miners being trapped in Chile, a giant carp who was really old, a big explosion in Samoli, the horns that people used during the World Cup..and then Mr. Bruns with his Ipad played the sound REALLY loud.! ha. more talking about lebron james' decision.
Mr. Bruns started going over our project. We then picked our groups, I'm in a group with Mariah & Ashlee. Our group recieved communism - practice & theory as our topic. We will be making a powerpoint presentation. Out of 20 points. Can copy word to word from a book. Then we have to say it in a student friendly definition. Give examples of country with, or had that goverment. Pics of leaders. Goes along with that country.
