Pacific Front
-Japan didnt fight above ground because it wouldve been harder for the US to get them.
-They Japanese would get tortured if they were caught by the US
-The US fought with submarines in the ocean.
-They were going to invade Japan if they had to.
-They hopped from one island to the next.
-Get to Japan as fast as possible then air attack them
-Pearl Harbor, Iwo Jima, Battle at Midway, Battle of Peleliu, Coral Sea, The Philippines, and the Guadalcanal Campaign were all famous battles.
