Truth in Packaging Act-Set standards for labeling products.
National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act- This created the National Highway Safety Bureau and was passed in 1966 this built laws like OWI and made motor companies build safer cars. Also this made the laws more strict while driving.
Highway Saftey Act- This was passed in 1966 and was put in place so there would be better saftey on the highways and lower the death toll.
Department of Transportation.- Put in place in 1966 This was put in place to deal with railroads planes and highway transportation and i would imagine segways.
