Teen Pregnancy,

<Teen pregnancy has always been an issue. 82% of teen pregnancies have been unexpected. Teen pregnancy accounts for 20% of all unexpected pregnancies annualy. Does this not say something? Teens should either use protection, be on birth control, or better yet..not do "it" at all.Currently, the rate of teenage mother's finishing high school or getting a GED is higher than of the past. Yet, teens that are not pregnant have a higher rate of actually going to college. Please just think about the future, Not going to college could overall ruin your life. Chances are you will not be happy with the low paying job you got, because you haven't gone to college.Personally, I have two first cousins that have had children as teens. One of them had a baby at sixteen, and she did graduate from high school. As of now, she is not attending college, and does not have a job. Her son is two years old, and she lives with her parents. As for my other cousin, he is twenty-one and has two kids with seperate mothers. His first child was born when he was only fifteen. He did not go to college.Being pregnant as a teen leads to social, health, and emotional problems. You will not get to experience a regular teen life. Parties, dances, school events, friends...they say these our the times of our lives. The one's pregnancy will interfere with.I am not opposed to a baby being made, just the fact of such a young age. What's wrong with waiting? Being with the right guy. After college, getting a stable job. Things will be so much easier after waiting. P.S.; Don't abort the baby, they have fingernails, ya know.

  • Good job but why is it double spaced? Also, the light blue font makes it really hard to read!
