Migrants from Syria
War because ISIS is taking control. Syria has been in a war for several years. About 5 years ago there was an event called the Arab Spring. Young people stood up to their governments saying that they want freedom and better pay. Some governments fought back. We are helping and fighting Syrian's government at the same time. Half of Syria's population has left their homes in Syria.
Systems of Government-
- Capitalism- Instead of the Government controlling the prices and what is to be sold or not, for example, the producer has the choice of what will be sold at what cost within reason. The Individual person has the freedom of their own and are not constricted by the government's say on everything. Based on the system of laissez-faire (freedom). (Weakness is that there is a wide gap between the poor and the rich; monopolization)
- U.S.A
- UK
- Germany
- Japan
- Mexico
- Canada
- Socialism- A political and economic system in which property and resources are owned or controlled by the public, as a whole, or the government; common ownership. Objects are valued by their use value, as opposed to production for profit. The radical idea of sharing everything (Weakness: There is no drive to achieve anything because everyone receives the same thing. Why work when you will get the same things no matter what?)
- China
- Belgium
- Finland and Denmark
- Albania
- Canada
- Bulgaria
- Mixed economies- Have a mix of different governments to make a better country
- Constitutional Monarchy- The king and queen some power, but they have to pas laws with an elected parliament
- Canada (Queen Elizabeth)
- England
- Denmark
- Jordan
- New Zealand
- Spain
- Sweden
- Absolute Monarchy- A government where the King or Qeen can do whatever they want
- Brunei
- Qatar
- Oman
- Saudi Arabia
- Swaziland
- United Arab Eremites
- Dictatorship- one person has all of the power
- Hitler

Antibiotics are given to animals that are used in fast food. The diseases could eventually become immune to the antibiotics. Could result in apocalyptic state. McDonalds has fewer antibiotics in their meats than Burger King. Panera and Chipolte have A's.
