Monday we finished up our maps and presentations. Tuesday we finished filling out the maps and shared our presentations. Wednesday we went over the map and presented our presentations. We have the option to watch the debate tonight for extra credit. Thursday we continued to do our presentations. Friday we also continued to present.

Most countries have mixed economies. No country has 100% one type of economy. Socialism takes away people working hard. Capitalism gives a crazy amount of money to the wealthy portion while the poor are left with very little. Direct democracy has people vote directly for the laws. Representative democracy has people vote for people to decide laws for them. Constitutional monarchy doesn't give the king and queen much power, they have to pass laws with an elected Parliament. Absolute monarchy gives the king and queen the power to do whatever they want.
This single mom survives on minimum wage with food stamps and not having to pay as much taxes by not working full time. Makes sure to buy foods that will last.
