There aren't any examples in history because it's never really gone how it has been planned to be.Practice of Communism- government controls everything, they do it to try and make everyone feel equal. Government take what they want and divides it equally among the others.Constitutional and Absolute Monarchies- constitutional is when a form of government is set constitutional system, and absolute is when the monarchy is not consisted of a constitution and is the main source of political power.Republican and Democrats View:abortion-republican- pro life they think the government should make it illegal. they are against itdemocrat- pro choice they think it's a woman's right to choose if they want the baby or not. they are for itgay marriage-republican- against it in many ways due to the feelings of othersdemocrat- for it, because its their choiceflag burningrepublican- they don't think it should be legal, because there is a constitution behind it.democrat- they think it should be legal, because everyone has freedomgun controlrepublican- they say people should be allowed to have guns. In the constitution it says everyone has the right to bear arms.democrat- think we need stricter gun control they think that they need to keep guns out of the people's hands that really don't need themenvironmentrepublican- the environmental laws harm the economydemocrat- we need to make the laws more effective to protect the environmentracerepublican- they think that we need to give people more credit than that.. most people are not like that anymore. many oppose the affirmative action law because it might work the other way, like hiring people of different races and not giving the job to a white person so they don't look racist.democrat- they think we need really strong anti-discrimination laws. they also are in favor of the affirmative action laws.minimum wagerepublican- they dont want it because it could hurt some major businessesdemocrat- they want it higher because some people work really hard and don't get paid enoughhealth carerepublican- favor doing insurance privately, the government shouldn't provide itdemocrat- favor having the government control health care.. universal health care for everyone is their plantaxesrepublican- tax cuts allow people to have more money, so they will spend it, which will help our economy.democrat- tax the rich they have plenty of money anyway even though they already give roughly half of it already to the governmentmilitary spendingrepublican- increase military spending because they deserve it for what they dodemocrat- cut it some, because the veterans need it too.death penaltyrepublican- think it should be legal, because its a punishment that actually effects themdemocrat- are against itprayer in schoolrepublican- they think it should be legal, because its the school choicedemocrat- against, they think thats for church not schoolwar in Iraqrepublican- support it all the way said we wouldn't leave until it was fixed hoped to leave in a couple years after their government was establisheddemocrat- supported it at first they think President Bush messed it up and hope to with drawl troops A.S.A.P.Global Warming:the cause of global warming is we are putting way to many green house gases in the air. there are many factories, and people keep building more. cars are part of it too they are always going and the gas pollute the air. they think that deforestation is another cause due to the burning down of forest the smoke harms the earth.effects of global warming are numerous, the temperatures in the arctic have been changing. much of the ice has been melting causing the sea levels to rise. there has been numerous weather changes due to this, there are droughts, and heavy precipitation.Overpopulation:This is when there are way to many people in different places and all over the world. its not how many people there are but its the effect they have on earth. many people think the cause of it is because we have many people in medical and they are finding new medication to help cure things. in the third world countries many woman think that having boys is a good thing so they keep having kids until they have boys, they think girls are as good as boys.Globalization:there are 3 types of it, countries globalizing,companies globalizing, and individuals globalizing. it was mainly started when net scaping was introduced. the fallin gof the berlin wall was another ice breaker to this.Afiganistan:it all started when 9/11 took place..the terrorist attacks on the twin towers and the Pentagon. Al Queida, the world-wide terrorist organization, were the ones that did it. The government had the taliban in there hands.Iraq:it was invade in 2003 two years after the terrorist attack on new york, but that wasn't the cause of it. they knew that sudam hussein had weapons that could cause destruction. we wanted to free kuwait from iraq, then it happened.iraq was supposed to allow weapon inspectors. they kept kicking them in and out, then in sudam did not let weapon inspectors back in, and that's when the UN invaded Iraq. We finally captured hussein, and was put to death. we never did find weapons of mass destruction.Iran:iran is a country right next to of iraq. iran started making and giving iraq nuclear weapons for war against us. They started doing this to us, because they were mad of us protecting israel. iran got introuble because the US found out that they had a nuclear program.Rawanda:this was a genocide that lasted 100 days and was the mass killing of many people between the hutus and tutsis. it all started when the president got killed. tutsis were tall and had lighter skin than the hutu's. many of the tutsis wanted to be back on their land so then they made the rwandan patriotic frontDarfur:After the on going problem in Sudan ended Darfur got scared that they would lose access to resources that they needed. darfur said that Sudan likes Arabs more than non-Arabs. they tortured them by raping, cutting off limbs, ethnic cleansing, bombing civilian targets, and murdering, starving, and smashing faces. . over 400,000 people were killed and 2.5 million people were displaced. there were a lot of people that fled the Chad for refugee camps. this was almost as bad as the rawanda.
