Pearl Harbor WWII Movie

I watched the movie "Pearl Harbor" for my WWII movie this week. I really liked this movie and it meant more since last week we did our Pearl Harbor blogs. That's why this blog may be short is because just last week I wrote a blog on Pearl Harbor; so this is more a movie review.

I liked that they showed the story of the war, but also the love story. I've always heard that this movie was a love story and I don't really like love stories so this was the first time I've seen it. I was very happy with the movie though, it showed some details that I didn't get in my blog like how the Japanese put the wood on their torpedos so that they would be able to travel in the shallows. When we did the blogs on an important black person I did Doris "Dorie" Miller, and he was the one in this movie. That's the picture of him from the movie.

I'm not sure of what else to say, but I'm glad I did watch this movie because now it's one of my favorites. I think that it's better for somebody to know a little about Pearl Harbor before they watch it though. The movie really brought to life all of the damage done.

  • Well, you could summarize the movie, especially what happened after the attack. Only one picture as well.
