we talked about our chaper 9 blogs/ presentations ... i decided to study for the test, im going to print out the key questions 5-8..and then answer the questions on the paper.. and then study like that.....Fair wages – minimum wages, pay differences between men, women & children....Before – What was the situation before the progressive era? What laws existed regarding the topic? What was the custom or practice in the culture of the time? Who was suffering under the “status quo” and in what way did they suffer?During – What changes regarding the topic were fought for and won during the Progressive Era? What were obstacles to change? Who were the people fighting for change? Who stood against changes? What groups were impacted, and what impact was felt?After – What is the current situation? What laws exist today regarding the topic? Are their any controversies that remain about this topic? Are there any groups that are still not protected or given equality in regard to the topic?anyways, first i looked in the book to see what section my subject is even in so i can see what its really about ..so i read most of chapter 9.end of section one...section two,
