- Passed the Payne-Aldrich Tariff which reduced tariffs
- reduced tariffs on somethings but raised them on a lot of others
- Promised to lower tariff and didn't really follow through
- Broke up many trust including the standard Oil Company in 1911
- 16th Amendment Passed(Started US income tax)

- Will go and break up monopolies if they aren't following the rules
