Today in CWI Mr. Bruns told us he is going to postpone our canada map test until after thanksgiving break. We then began our presentations. My group went first. We did a video on Climate change and global warming. After we showed our viedo everyone seemed to have liked it and said we did a good job which is good (: Mr. Bruns said we did very well. (:Bri, Erin, Jessica, and DJ went next. There main topics the talked about were the Kyoto proto call, IPCC results and findings, what needs to happen to slow down global warming. Climate change is any long tem significant change in weather patterns of an area. Kyto proto call it gets is name because they came up with it in Kyoto, Japan. Its an international agreement created by the U.N. The goal is to reduce effects of cliamte change. 183 countries have signed or agreed to follow the Kyoto Protacol. These countries make up 55% of the world greenhouse gas.The IPCC summery report of 2007 is the fourth summary report. IPCC stands for the Intergovernemnt Panel on Climate change.
