Today in class we went over the Canada map. I already knew all the countries because luke helped me out friday. After that we finished the last few minutes of the world is flat video. We went over our questions which were:1. What do you think “the world is flat” means?I think it means there are more communications between countries.2. 2. What was Globalization 1.0?It lasted from 1492 to the early 1800’s. It shrunk the world from a large size to a smaller size. It was based on how the country globalizes. On their resources, land, ect…3. 3. What was Globalization 2.0?It lasted from the 1800’s to 2000. It shrunk the world from size medium to size small. You globalize through your company.4. 4. What is Globalization 3.0?It’s from the 2000’s to present time. It shrunk the world from a small size to a tiny size. Its built around individual’s globalizing. You’re no longer depended on a country or company because you can globalize individually5. Ten Flatteners:1. Why was the Berlin Wall coming down on 11-9-89 and the Windows OS shipping five months later flatteners of the world?11-9-89 the day the Berlin wall came down.
