So today in CWI we started by getting computers and then we went over two of the Asian map parts. We went over the Former Soviet Republics and the southern Asia. I think that the Former Soviet Republics are the hardest because they all sound the same. but I think that the southern asia is hard too because we just started going over that one like last week. After that we filled in the first guestion of the flat world questions. I wasn't quite sure what it was but I think I got a good idea of it. Then we started the lecture. The author said that the book was really just an accident. I thought that was kind of interesting. Mr. Bruns stopped it for a moment and said that globalization is the world coming together in one big playing field. The author basically talked about what brought the idea of the book to him, what the book was about, and what and where he went and did during the whole time. I learned about the three globalizations. They were three different time periods of countries globalizing, companies globalizing and then finally indiviuals globalizing. I didn't know that, so that's what I learned today.
