The owner of a taxidermy school in Texas recently got a very weird animal delivered to his school to get stuffed. Jerry Ayer, the owner of the school, had never seen anything like it before so he decided to report it. The media quickly snapped up the story as it exactly fits the description of the mythical Chupacabra. These beasts are supposed to be in the area but had only been seen a couple times. According to legend they suck the blood from the local farmer’s goats. Their name literally means goat sucker but they are supposed to destory chicken farms too. Monsterquest on the History Channel did a show on them but they never found anything. This particular one had been lurking around a barn and had eaten some rat poison and died where was delivered to the school by a former student. He doesn’t believe that it is a Chupacabra he claims it is just a genetically deficient coyote. Texas A&M took tissue samples to determine if it is a know species but hasn’t got back to them yet. Ayer is going to go ahead and stuff it so that it could be possibly placed in a museum and studied further.SiteCoyote
