Tests start end of this week..need to know a lot of stuff about Germany and be able to explain in full detail..

Munich Conference- Chamberlain, Hitler, Mussolini, Daladier..let Hitler take over Czechoslavakia if he pledged to not take anything else over or ask for anything else..Chamberlain is going back to Great Britian and telling everyone he created peace in their time and avoided a huge war..Churchill criticizes this very much so and says they should be harder on Hitler..

Soviet-German non aggression pact- agreement between Hitler and Stalin that they would work together...USSR would supply Germany with resources and Germany would give back the final product to Soviet Union like weaponry and stuff they needed...secretely agreed to invade and split Poland..Germany would get the western half and USSR the eastern half...Russia would get Finland, Estonia and Latvia, and Germany would get Lithuania..
Great Britain and France made a deal with Poland saying that if they were attacked by Germany that they would help out...Sitzkrieg- The Phony War....basically sit around style..
Maginot Line- concrete barrier literally seperating France from Germany
