It makes the coral grow slower and not as strong. The nuclear proliberation treaty is when you cant transfer nuclear weapons or research and data to different countries that dont have any of those things. You were not allowed to test nuclear weapons above ground so people started to test underground. This guy was watching his girlfriends kid and started to beat him because he peed his pants.
