Back to another week at Harlan community high school. Weekends aren’t as long as they really should be. Today we are going over our topics for semester test. A lot of people are gone so we can’t get to full presentations. I chose to do my weekly over poverty.
Mikyla started hers about the US homefront. The US homefront is what we do to help us win the war. Basically everything was raised in price to help win the war. The government helped workers get a little better pay and better working conditions.
Labor: everyone was able to find a job during the war because all the men were off to war so it left the people that couldn’t find a job prior to get a job. .
