What is prohibition? 1920-1933 banned sale, production, and consumption, but you could make it at your own house and drink it at your own house and it'd be legal. Why did people want prohibition to come about? WWCTU fought for spousel abuse because husbands would get drunk then beat their wifes. What tactics were used to bring about prohibition?
