A county in Louisiana class is divided by Lake Providence. Rich are on one side of the lake and poor are on the other side. There isn't really any middle class. It's hard to get out of poverty than it is to get into poverty. There was two school: public and private. The Public school consist of mostly African Americans and the Private school consist of mostly whites.
