Ballistic missle system. protected the us from missles from the soviet union, xray lasers, use energy from a war head to shoot down missles, Chemical lasers were more successfull, Hypervelocity Rail Gun also was used. Used mini missles powered by high velocity and the brilliant eyes would detect the missles and shoot them down. This missle defense system is stilll being tested and used today, but i believe that, with the technology we have now, the system can be successful.
