Matt did his current event free choice blog about the winter Olympics. We talked about how the winter Olympic medals are not completely gold and that summer ones are. We then went over Latin America. Bruns went over the different areas in Latin America. After all on that we went over republican logos(donkey and elephante). That included what a democrat and republican was, like liberal and conservitive, or moderate. We talked about that Iowa caucuses, and how the presidential canidates would talk durring their campians.
After that we talked about how the different news stations can speak more toward democratic or republican peoples, and how the citys are more democratic.
