Leaders- Neville Chamberlain- born in Birmingham, England- Policy of appeasement with Germany- gave Hitler anything he wanted just to stay out of the war
-served on Prime minister Stanley Baldwin's cabinet in the mid 20's
-resigned after Norwegian Campaign
-was seen as an uninspiring war leader
