It’s typically about a killer of three women. The name lipstick killer came from one of the crime scenes were he wrote the message, "for heavens sake catch me before I kill more I cannot control myself." (www.cnn.com)
This was written in red lipstick. Before that happened the woman living in that house was killed by being stabbed in the throat and shot in the head. Another victim only at the age of being 6- years young was abducted and several parts of her body were found days later in a sewer. There was a ransom note for $20,000. Not even letting the parents comply he killed the young girl. What a nut case compared to his first victim only killing the 43-year young by stabbing, yes still brutal but not compared to the others. Only doing this within a one-years time and only at the age of 17. Found out by the police he was arrested and sentenced with three consecutive life sentences. 63 years later the killer will be turning 81 on November 15.
Making him the longest-serving prisoner in Illinois history. He is also believed to be the longest-serving prisoner in the U.S. he has diabetes, but still tries to stay positive in getting out of prison to live a few days out side of prison walls. (I say let him. he’s turning 81, has diabetes and can’t walk he’ll do no harm.) He’s also been eligible to do parole since the 1970’s but it seems to never happen. It seems that half of the people who heard about his case want to keep him in prison but the other half doesn’t.I think he should be allowed to be on parole. I think he learned his lesson. Yes he has done very brutal things and shouldn’t even be alive but now he’s old and his way of walking is now a wheel chair.
