Failed state-its like when a country falls apart…
Falling Nations:
In this article, its telling how a failed state starts out. It can start out by three different possible ways-it can be taken over by a stronger country, a natural disaster could occur, or from the civil war.
When a country is failing and not doing so good; you can tell and its horrible.
Their water supply will be disappearing, animals will die out and that would be their food, and everything will be chaos.
Africa, there’s like five countries that failed there! I’m glad that that is not happening here. Not even close! I cant imagine living in a place where I’m always worried whether I will have enough to eat and/or have shelter. Im also glad the United Nations Bank is helping out.
Shattered Somalia:
Okayy and in this article it’s about a young boy. He looks out from the lighthouse every day; he looks out to what used to be a decent place. From what I read, now its ruined. It also said that the lighthouse is pretty much the safest place to be. Safest place but yet it could fall apart any minute and smells horrible. He also gets up every morning at five to go fishing hoping he’ll catch something because that would be him and his family’s meal for the day. He has a mom and dad and two siblings.
Can you imagine having your family depend on you for income and food? I’m fifteen and I don’t even have a job yet, but Mohammed was depended on by his family starting at a young age of only fourteen!
Mohammed has known a failed state all his life because he was just born when the president was over thrown. So he doesn’t know there is something better out there that awaits him, along with a lot of other children his age….
I still cant imagine this, i kow its out there, but i would have to go there to really know how they feel and what they deal with every single dayy.
