
John F. Kennedy was born during the year of 1917, on May 29th, in Brookline, Massachusetts. He was the second son to his father, Joseph P. Kennedy. His father was the head of Securities and Exchange Commission under Franklin D. Roosevelt and Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy. John had the nickname of Jack. He was a Roman Catholic. He graduated from Harvard University in 1940. Before becoming a president, he was an author, US Navy Officer, Journalist and Public Official. He was also a veteran of World War Two. JFK became married to Jacqueline Lee Bouvier on September 12, 1953.
