What were some fun things in the 1920s???- There were some new inventions like electricity.Automobils were invented. People could eventually buy cars by credit.-Urbanization; more people lived in the cities than in the urban areas. Cities built theaters and many other buildings. Only the very wealthy would live in the suburbs. The invention of the cars made the drive in theaters to be built.- Women's lives; Gave women the right to vote. and many more graduating high school. Women wore looser clothes and they were then called the Flappers. It was no longer men deciding what to buy.-The advertising. Magazines and radio came.-way back when, it would take forever for the women to get ready in the day. But the advertisements would make women feel like they weren't pretty enough so they would go and buy the product in the magazine or heard it on the radio.-Movies were the most powerful culture for america.- Jazz; it was fast loud and fun. Soem people were against jazz because it was thought to cause america to bacome full of law breakers.-boxing;
