Davis American Politician, Was a U.S. rep after, Ambassador of Great Britain, Seized national steel mills. Herbert C. Hoover was the 31st pres, Failed to recognize, Mining engineer, Iowa, Lead economic recovery, Advocated stronger labor laws. Alfred E. Smith speaker, urban leader of PM, prohibition. 

4.-Entertainment, sports, music, radio, movies and fads - They used a lot of different slang. Radio was becoming a big thing. NFL and NBA just becoming big. Did not have to dribble.

7.-Harlem Renaissance-KKK - Cultural, social, artistic, took place end of world war 1- middle of the 1930's. People -  writers, Artists, Musicians, photographers, Scholars. Where - most from the south, fled caste systems on order to find a place to freely express their talents also know as the Great migration. Famous people - Langston Hughes, Claude McKay, Countee Cullen, Arna Bontemps, Zora Neale Hurston Louis Armstrong. KKK- was a group of people that were against blacks, catholics, jews, and immigrants.
