The HOLC prevented foreclosure and was passed in 1933. It made the lones go farther then they used to and that when out 20 or 25 years.HOLC helped mortgage lenders refinancing loans with problems in them.The HOLC changed the upriseing mortgage sytam.HOLC helped single family. Fasion of the 1930's was very flashy and much more higher class. women were gettin more perms as they became better and they wore very curvey clothes. they used new fabric.
